Pause

One week comes to an end. Another week begins. The name of the Lord be praised!

Photo 4: There were three older women talking and doing something in the chaple when I walked in. They only understood Greek. With my hands and using the words for Munich, Athens and Corinth, I let them know what I was doing, where I came from and where I was heading. I then faced the alter, sang my pilgrim song, and prayed a pray in English. When I said "Amen", they also said "Amen", crossed themselves and gave me a big smile. They did not understand my words, but they understood the spirit of prayer. Probably not too often will an American walk through their country, sing a pilgrim song and pray in their chaple. It was a special moment.
