Toruń - Gniewkowo

Photo 1: Andrej and Dorota were my hosts yesterday evening in Toruń. This was special for me, because it was the first time so far on Snail-Trail 3.0 that I was able to stay with believers from the land I was walking through. We had good talks and prayer times yestetday evening and this morning. They are facing some challenges as a family, and I think I was able to encourage them. To get to their place I had to change my route which put me about 4 km off course for today's stretch. To get back to my green line in my Hiking-App, I would have needed to walk on a busy road. I therefore accepted Andrej's offer to take me into the Old Town.

Photo 2: The lift to the Old Town dud not make the planned hike for today any shorter. In fact, it still ened up being almost 4 km longer than originally planned. The time saved though by not needing to walk on the busy road, I used to get a hair cut...
